Hallgarten Wins IWC Merchant Wine List of the 2019
At the prestigious International Wine Challenge awards dinner, at Grosvenor House London, on 09 July 2019, Hallgarten & Novum Wines took home top the award for Merchant Wine List of the Year 2019 and received the Highly Commended for On-Trade Supplier of the Year 2019. 
This is a fantastic achievement for the whole company and reinforces not only the breadth of Hallgarten's portfolio, but also the way it is presented to the trade. In 2018/19 Hallgarten produced specific wine lists targeted at different sectors of the market, with focused on-trade and independent wine merchant lists, as well as tailored supplements highlighting its Spanish and Burgundian portfolios.
On the success, the judges commented: "Hallgarten's wine list is more like a magazine, as it’s packed with useful and interesting information. There is also a useful essentials list at the back, and the judges loved their supplements, looking at wines from a new perspective."
