LW Theatres Renews Relationship with Hallgarten & Novum Wines
LW Theatres, owner and operator of six iconic West End venues, has announced an extension to its supply contract with specialist wine importer, Hallgarten & Novum Wines. Having first partnered in 2021, the relationship, which sees Hallgarten supply wines across the group’s venues, has now been extended until 2029.
This ongoing partnership reflects LW Theatres’ commitment to providing a wine offering that complements the thrilling, vibrant atmosphere of their theatres, and enhances their guests’ experiences across all LW Theatres venues.

As part of the new contract, LW Theatres will install a new wine bar – The Lay & Wheeler Bar – stocking a selection of classic and compelling wines from Hallgarten & Novum Wines, and sister company, Lay & Wheeler. Throughout the rest of the contract, the Hallgarten team will be increasing the number of guest tastings and wine-focused events, and promoting wine experiences within the theatres, as well as supporting a newly introduced pre-performance dining offering, with an expanded wine list, at Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
Hallgarten’s WSET Educator qualified training team will continue to train the front-of-house teams at LW Theatres, where they have trained over 250 members of staff since 2021.
