Sustain Tasting

For this event we are taking a step back in the winemaking process and examining the sustainable practices that many of our partner winemakers observe on a daily basisThese winemakers take special care in protecting the soil, air and water that surround their vines - the ultimate in terroir - breathing life and personality into their wine.


Whether it is organic, biodynamic, sustainably certified, minimal or low intervention, the wines to be showcased have that unique SUSTAIN factor that many appreciate and recognise. In addition to this we will also be featuring Masterclasses from some of our partner suppliers, including Estelle Roumage, Château Lestrille, who will be guiding us through Sustainable Bordeaux.


If that isn't enough Temakinho will be serving Brazilian/Japanese inspired food. Sourced from ethically responsible suppliers, Temakinho is the first restaurant chain in the world to obtain Friend of the Sea certification.
