Novum Wines was founded by buyer Steve Daniel with the intention, as the name suggests, to look for new wines. Always ahead of the trend, Steve has been hand picking wines from maverick winemakers and emerging regions determined to prove themselves on the global stage since 2004.
The portfolio includes incredible wines from Greece, India, Japan and Croatia as well as many of the rising stars of the wine trade such as Matias Riccitelli, Larry Cherubino, Marco Sartori and Johann Donabaum.
