4-Star Evening Standard Review for Brasserie Gustave
South Kensington’s Brasserie Gustave has received a superb write-up from Evening Standard restaurant critic Fay Maschler.
The brasserie, which lists more than 30 wines from the Hallgarten Druitt & Novum Wines portfolio, was praised for its impressive wine list which manager and sommelier Richard Weiss - known as the Alsatian Brian Blessed - is very proud of.
HDN wines account for around 30 per cent of the restaurant’s predominantly French list, but also has listings from Italy, South Africa and Spain
Regional Sales Manager Sergio Persi has been working with Brasserie Gustave since the restaurant’s launch in mid-June this year.
